We will examine how de novo mutations in sperm impact male infertility, offspring and familial health as well as how mutational load differs from sperm in fertile vs. infertile men. Next we will look at the implications of this for infertility as well as how we should counsel our patients. Finally, we will talk about novel technologies that are trying to address these issues and what the impact of these will be on our field.
