ASRM welcomes proposals for engaging virtual sessions that address emerging needs, timely issues, professional development, and topics relevant to reproductive medicine.
Before You Submit
Please review the proposal requirements before submitting your application.
ASRM considers diversity, equity, and inclusion an important part of program development and encourages proposal submitters to incorporate these principles when identifying speakers and moderators. ASRM reserves the right to add or substitute a panelist when needed to support an inclusive learning environment. Review the DEI Recommendations →
All proposed speakers and moderators should be contacted before the proposal is submitted to confirm their availability and willingness to participate.
Proposals that do not meet the submission requirements may not move forward for review.
Virtual Session Application Windows
Applications are typically open for 15 days, beginning on a Monday and closing on a Friday.
