
Professional and Special Interest Groups Awards
Several professional and interest groups have selected prize papers for cash awards.
Advance Practice Providers Professional Group Prize Paper Award
Applicants must be an Advance Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNM) with an accepted abstract. Applicants are ineligible if they received this award in the previous year. Applicants must be able to attend both the ASRM Scientific Congress & Expo as well as the APP Conference in March of the subsequent year. APP Prize Paper Abstract presenter receives a speaker spot at the ASRM APP Conference the subsequent March, complimentary registration and additional benefits as defined below:
- Complimentary accommodation for one night at ASRM approved hotel
- Non-Local Presenters will be provided with a $500 travel stipend following the meeting.
- Local Presenters, defined as those within one hour of the event location, will be provided with a $250 travel stipend following the meeting.
Association of Reproductive Managers Prize Paper Award
This award is made possible through the generous support of the ARM Board of Directors. Individuals must choose either the “Business of Medicine” or “Professional Development” category when submitting, be the presenting (first) author, and attend the ASRM 2025 Scientific Congress & Expo in San Antonio, TX to present the abstract.
The awardee will receive:
- $500 USD to member abstract presenter
Genetic Counseling Professional Group Prize Paper Award for Research
The purpose of this award is to recognize outstanding research conducted by genetic counselors. Individuals must choose “Genetics” category when submitting an abstract. The presenting author (first) must be a GCPG member and attend the ASRM 2025 Scientific Congress & Expo in San Antonio, TX to present the abstract.
The awardee will receive:
- $250 USD prize check sponsored by Luminary Genetics
Nurses Professional Group Prize Paper Award for Research
The purpose of this award is to recognize outstanding research conducted by nurses. Individuals must choose the “Nursing” category when submitting an abstract. The candidate does not have to be a member of ASRM at the time the abstract is submitted, however, they must be a nurse, the presenting author (first), and attend the ASRM 2025 Scientific Congress & Expo in San Antonio, TX to present the abstract.
The awardee will receive:
- $500 USD prize check
- One-year free ASRM and NPG membership

MHPG offers two awards, Best Overall and Most Impactful. These awards are supported by Growing Generations.
