ACE: Active Curated Engagement (Experiences)

Presents curated sessions around current needs, professional milestones, and global perspectives. ACE ensures that learners receive content that is valuable, engaging, and directly aligned with their evolving educational and career goals.

  • Short virtual seminars and workshops: 25-30 minutes.
  • Longer topics developed into 2-part or 4-part series.
  • Live sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing and/or future learning opportunities.


Focus Areas:

  • Workforce Development and Career Advancement (e.g. how-to sessions, mentoring conversations, and building my research career in a non-academic setting, professional burnout, succession planning, and career options)
  • Emerging Innovations, Technologies, & Techniques (e.g. lab, clinic, business, research related)
  • Headlines and Insights (e.g. awareness days, guideline updates, and hot topics influencing practice)
  • Global Collaborations & Engagement

Host an ASRM Virtual Session


Before submitting a proposal, review the instructions provided:

ASRM considers diversity, equity, and inclusion an important factor in all proposals and asks that those submitting proposals include this in their planning as well. ASRM reserves the right to add or substitute a panelist to align with our environment of inclusivity. Refer to the DEI Recommendations. Speakers and moderators included in the proposal should be contacted by the webinar proposer to confirm their availability and intent to participate in their roles prior to submitting the proposal. Virtual session proposals that do not comply to the above instructions will be rejected.

(usually opens on a Monday, is open for 15 days and closes on a Friday)

For example, to be reviewed and approved to produce a webinar in the second quarter, applications must be submitted by the end of week 4 in April.
