AMA Volunteers Needed

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine is seeking volunteers to represent the interests of reproductive medicine in the American Medical Association (AMA). These physicians will represent ASRM at AMA meetings, working with other stakeholders to advocate for policy and AMA's lobbying efforts on key issues, especially regarding reproductive health.

The AMA Delegate position requires attending in-person AMA meetings that typically last 4-5 days, twice a year (June in Chicago, November in various locales; this year in Honolulu Nov 12-15) as well as some additional virtual commitments between meetings.

We are looking for an AMA Delegate, as well as a Delegate to the AMA Young Physicians Section (defined as any physician who is under 40 years of age, or who has completed their fellowship training less than 8 years ago).

Both AMA and AMA-YPS Delegates must be physicians who are AMA members or be willing to join the AMA.

To volunteer, or for questions, please email publicaffairs@asrm.org.

The ASRM Bulletin is published by ASRM's Office of Public Affairs to inform Society members of important recent developments. Republication or any other use of the contents of the Bulletin without permission is prohibited.
