Cancellation/Refund Policy

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership in the Society.

ASRM members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason. No refunds will be issued for cancelled memberships. Members whose dues automatically renew every year must send a written cancellation request 30 days in advance of the annual renewal date to ensure payments will not be charged for another year of membership.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Member Services Department at the Society by emailing membership@asrm.org or by mailing the request to:
